We collect only what we need to operate the Service:

• Account data — your email address and a securely hashed password (or, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile your Google account shares).
• Usage and content data — the products you research, prompts you enter, and the scripts, voiceovers, images, and videos generated for you.
• Billing data — a record of credit purchases and subscriptions. Card details are entered on our payment providers’ secure pages; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data — basic log information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and reliability.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including running the Product Finder and UGC Studio engines.
• To process payments, grant credits, and manage your subscription.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and support requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

To generate content, your prompts and related inputs are sent to third-party AI and infrastructure providers that power the Service. Depending on the feature, these may include providers for text generation, image generation, voice synthesis, video generation, file storage, payment processing, and transactional email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We share only what is necessary to deliver the feature you requested.

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use this cookie for advertising. Disabling it will prevent you from logging in.

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated content (see “Your rights” below). Some records, such as billing history, may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, signed and verified payment webhooks, and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you within the Service.
